This is an amazing picture of a sand hill crane and a chick. We saw both the mother and father with two babies. Sand hill cranes are hard to find even though they are the tallest bird in North America. They have a wing span of 7 feet. We saw this family coming home from fishing in the East Canyon reservoir in June 2010.Friday, June 25, 2010
