This is a Glossy Ibis. It is very rare in this area. I found a small flock on a stream in west Farmington. It wasn't until I down-loaded on the computer that I realized what I had. According to one of my bird books, it doesn't even come in this area but according to the Birds of Utah web site, they have been known to come here.
